Seeking the purpose within my soul.
Nourishing the seeds that were planted many moons ago.
They have been dormant for too long.
It’s time to break free and let the world see.
As the warmth of the sun touches my face, I feel like I am in a new place. Is this heaven? It’s so full of peace.
It feels nothing like the cage that wouldn’t let me be free, Deep in my thoughts, having so much power over me.
It was torture, thank goodness you didn’t have to see.
But now I am free.
I can taste the salty wind blow kisses on me.
My heart is content with the knowledge my soul was meant to seek.
With growth and vulnerability,
I can now let go and just be…
